Over the Counter Exchange
For added convenience, Dahua will provide an over-the-counter (OTC) exchange on select products, given that they have not been misused or improperly handled. There is no charge, unless the original merchandise is not returned in a timely manner.

Project Registration
Maximize the budget: partners receive special pricing for projects that have been registered. In addition to these exclusive discounts, registering a project provides advantages such as pre-project planning and support.

Demo Purchase Program
Stay up-to-date with our demo purchase program. Our partners have the opportunity to purchase the latest products, often before they become available on distributor shelves.

Our Partner Certification Program now includes training requirements for 3 and 4 star partners, helping you to increase your product knowledge while adding value to your certification. Multiple course options are available, allowing you to choose the topic(s) that best align to your particular interests.

A dedicated Partner Care Assistant is available to help maximize business opportunities and take advantage of program benefits.

Lead Generation

Update: Effective May 2021, all 3 and 4 star Dahua North America registered dealers have training obligations. They must fulfill the training requirements listed below by due date, otherwise the star status and price discount levels are at risk.

Priority Tech Support Line
4-star partners use a special phone number to skip the queue and get tech support calls answered more quickly.

Technical Consultant
4-Star partners will have access to a Dahua Technical Consultant with the expertise to help in the field, assist with large projects, and provide technical assistance.

All-Star Partner Summit*
Qualifying 4-star partners will be invited to join us at our Dahua All-Star Partner Summit. This conference will cover video industry trends, explore Dahua’s growing product roadmap, and offer hands-on activities to provide a competitive edge.
